Andy has been with Hellier Langston for over 20 years, originally joining as a graduate and becoming a director in 2012. He specialises in business space, development and investment along the M27 Corridor, advising clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, sale or letting of their business premises.

He advises an extensive client base including pension funds, property companies and private investors on property portfolios within the office and industrial sectors.

He has worked on a number of successful consultancy projects, and has strong connections in both the public and private sector. Recent projects include:

• 25,000sq ft industrial investment acquisition for a private client
• 60,000 sq ft lease renewal on Fareham Industrial on behalf of Aberdeen Investments
• 8,000 sq ft office acquisition in Portsmouth for a firm of Chartered Accountants
