These works are in preparation for the construction of a new build scheme, which was granted planning consent in June last year and is being developed by Pension Fund clients of SAVILLS Investment Management in partnership with Aitchison Developments.
The new units are due for delivery in June 2023 and are expected to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, providing high-quality industrial/ warehouse space of between 4,000 and 14,000 sq ft, benefiting from 7.2m internal clear height, along with generous yard areas.
One of the terraces of three units has already been pre-let, leaving just units 200 and 205 available.
