A fourth generation car service, MOT and repair business has expanded within the town of Bishops Waltham, Southampton, acquiring 33 Claylands Road, a detached industrial unit on a long term leasehold basis. The unit extends to 4,300 sq. ft. and benefits from a generous yard/forecourt area plus multiple loading doors for vehicular access.

W J Heard Motor Repairs began trading in 1978 and was started by the current owner’s great grandfather, having occupied a site on Shore Lane for the duration of its history. Managing Director Mark Fuller commented:
