Andy has been with Hellier Langston for over 20 years, originally joining as a graduate and becoming a director in 2012. He specialises in business space, development and investment along the M27 Corridor, advising clients on all matters relating to the acquisition, sale or letting of their business premises.

He advises an extensive client base including pension funds, property companies and private investors on property portfolios within the office and industrial sectors.

He has worked on a number of successful consultancy projects, and has strong connections in both the public and private sector. Recent projects include:

• 25,000sq ft industrial investment acquisition for a private client
• 60,000 sq ft lease renewal on Fareham Industrial on behalf of Aberdeen Investments
• 8,000 sq ft office acquisition in Portsmouth for a firm of Chartered Accountants

Kerry joined Hellier Langston in November 2014 to lead the Building Consultancy department from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office where she was an Associate Director.

Kerry has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of building surveying from design and contract administration through to dilapidations, building surveys & due diligence, health and safety and party wall advice. Kerry advises investors and occupiers across the South Coast region. Her past and present clients range from large funds such as Hines, Legal and General, Axa and IPIF, occupiers such as Merlin Entertainments, Astralpool and Zehnder as well as smaller local investors, developers and occupiers.

Anthony joined Hellier Langston in Autumn 2011 from CBRE’s Southampton office. Having started his career in the Portsmouth commercial property market, Anthony’s expertise extends across the South Coast.

Anthony specialises in all aspects of professional services. Anthony is one of the South Coasts most active Lease Advisory practitioners, advising landlords such as institutional investors and tenants such as national occupiers on rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as undertaking valuations on behalf of many high street banks, pensions funds and high net worth individuals across all commercial property sectors.

Zoë joined Hellier Langston in 2013.

Zoë has worked in the Property Industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to our extensive management portfolio. Zoë acts on behalf of a number of Trusts, Pension Funds, Local Authorities and Private Investors throughout the South of England, managing a broad range of property from standalone investments, through mixed use schemes to Industrial Estates and Office Parks.

Matthew joined Hellier Langston in June 2014 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a Director and Head of the Industrial Agency in the Southampton office.

Matthew has over 30 years experience in the industrial, warehouse, logistics and trade park markets on the South Coast covering Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and West Sussex. Along with fellow Director Jason Webb, the firm established a Southampton office for the first time based Ocean Village.

Matthew is involved with all aspects of commercial agency and development, acting for landlords and occupiers providing expert opinion and advice giving a joined up approach on the M27/M3 corridors with our Fareham office.

Some of Matthew’s current clients include Aviva, IPIF, M&G, USS, CBRE Global Investors, Store Property, M7, Indurent, L&G, Threadneedle, REIM, Forelle Estates, Mileway, Merlin Real Estate and Federated Hermes.

Jason has over 28 years’ experience in the South Coast development and commercial property market, having worked for (in ascending date order) The Valuation Office Agency, Palmer Fry (now Goadsby), Vail Williams, and latterly King Sturge/ JLL. Jason joined Hellier Langston as director in the Southampton office in June 2014.

Jason is responsible for advising on office and development projects across Hampshire, Dorset, West Sussex and Wiltshire centred on Southampton and the M27. He advises landlords and tenants on the disposal of existing and proposed premises, as well as dealing with office acquisitions throughout the region. He has been involved in some highly complex and landmark deals for a wide range of clients.

Jason is also responsible for development consultancy in the commercial and residential sectors, with notable developments including: the former East Street Shopping Centre in Southampton – acquired for Kier for the development of a 423 bed student housing scheme; Stoke Park, Eastleigh – spec build 84,000 sq. ft. warehouse; Walworth Business Park, Andover – 200 acre business park; former Ordnance Survey site, Southampton – acquisition of 5 acre residential development site for Barratt David Wilson. Jason’s current clients include: Royal Mail, Praxis, Watling Real Estate, Huntingdonshire District Council, IPIF, Mortimer RE, Savills IM, NHS Property Services, Carnival and University of Southampton.

Jason is based in Hellier Langston’s Southampton office in Ocean Village along with fellow Director, Matthew Poplett.

Patrick joined Hellier Langston as Director in January 2022. He specialises in occupational and investment commercial agency (acquisition & disposal) along with advising Landlords & Tenants with rent reviews and lease renewals. He is also a Registered Valuer providing professional valuations in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards for Investment, Loan Security, Probate / Inheritance Tax, Matrimonial, SIPP and Accounting purposes.

In dealing with both agency and professional services, Patrick can advise and execute asset management strategies, to build portfolios and secure further income, which is either retained or sold to realise capital value growth.

Patrick’s clients mainly comprise private/high net worth individuals, SIPP/SASS pensions schemes, property companies, developers and Local Authorities.

Patrick has a First-Class degree in Property Management & Investment and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2012.

Hayley joined Hellier Langston’s accounts department in 2016.  An interest in the Management accounts and the wider management issues led to Hayley progressing her training and making the move to Property Manager in 2022.  Hayley acts on behalf of various clients managing standalone investments, office estates and industrial parks.

Tierney joined Hellier Langston in August 2024 after graduating from the University of Portsmouth with First-Class Honours in Property Development. She is currently working towards her MRICS qualification and gaining hands-on experience in commercial agency, valuation, and landlord and tenant work. 

Working alongside Andy Hellier, Patrick Mattison, and Anthony Crocker, Tierney is developing her knowledge and confidence within the commercial property industry. She is passionate about property and enjoys learning something new every day — whether through client interactions, site visits, or supporting the team across a variety of projects.
