Patrick joined Hellier Langston as Director in January 2022. He specialises in occupational and investment commercial agency (acquisition & disposal) along with advising Landlords & Tenants with rent reviews and lease renewals. He is also a Registered Valuer providing professional valuations in accordance with RICS Valuation Standards for Investment, Loan Security, Probate / Inheritance Tax, Matrimonial, SIPP and Accounting purposes.

In dealing with both agency and professional services, Patrick can advise and execute asset management strategies, to build portfolios and secure further income, which is either retained or sold to realise capital value growth.

Patrick’s clients mainly comprise private/high net worth individuals, SIPP/SASS pensions schemes, property companies, developers and Local Authorities.

Patrick has a First-Class degree in Property Management & Investment and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2012.
