Matthew joined Hellier Langston in June 2014 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was a Director and Head of the Industrial Agency in the Southampton office.

Matthew has over 30 years experience in the industrial, warehouse, logistics and trade park markets on the South Coast covering Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and West Sussex. Along with fellow Director Jason Webb, the firm established a Southampton office for the first time based Ocean Village.

Matthew is involved with all aspects of commercial agency and development, acting for landlords and occupiers providing expert opinion and advice giving a joined up approach on the M27/M3 corridors with our Fareham office.

Some of Matthew’s current clients include Aviva, IPIF, M&G, USS, CBRE Global Investors, Store Property, M7, Indurent, L&G, Threadneedle, REIM, Forelle Estates, Mileway, Merlin Real Estate and Federated Hermes.
