Kerry joined Hellier Langston in November 2014 to lead the Building Consultancy department from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office where she was an Associate Director.

Kerry has over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of building surveying from design and contract administration through to dilapidations, building surveys & due diligence, health and safety and party wall advice. Kerry advises investors and occupiers across the South Coast region. Her past and present clients range from large funds such as Hines, Legal and General, Axa and IPIF, occupiers such as Merlin Entertainments, Astralpool and Zehnder as well as smaller local investors, developers and occupiers.
